These pages were created to aid PC users in removing a handful of the the most common and complex Spyware, Trojan and Virus infections floating around.
Please note: Many of the procedures involve advanced administrative functions and techniques such as registry editing and booting to Safe-Mode. If you don't feel comfortable following these procedures don't attempt them. Every system is different and not all infections or combinations of infections are the same which can lead to further damage or loss of data.
Tested Procedures
All the removal procedures on this website have been used successfully by our Team with excellent results. If your system exhibits different behaviour than those listed in the Removal Procedure you can safely use the 12 Step Removal Procedure for general cleaning. Always remember to rescan the entire system the next day to ensure nothing new appears before creating new System Restore Points or continue your regular data backup routines.
